Computer Music

From 1997 to 2014 I was the Technical Director for the Virginia Center for Computer Music at the University of Virginia. In addition to running and maintaining the lab, research involved helping students and faculty realize various musical ideas as well as creating new pieces of music technology.

NOMADS (Network Object Mobile Agent Dynamic System) is a platform I helped create and develop from 2009 to 2013. It allowed user participation via mobile device and java web applets. It was used for both the classroom and concert environments.
